We successfully delivered the external works package for the new Sunshine Early Learning Centre, meeting a tight construction timeframe while upholding the highest standards in quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Located within a culturally sensitive area, all ground disturbance works were carried out in full accordance with the Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP). Our team worked collaboratively with heritage advisors to ensure respectful and compliant site practices, enabling seamless progress without compromising cultural integrity.
Despite the time constraints, we delivered a comprehensive and technically challenging external scope, integrating bulk earthworks, infrastructure, landscaping, and urban design finishes to create a vibrant, safe, and functional environment for early learning.
